Jackson County Death Certificates

JCGL volunteers are continually copying death certificates from the Oregon State Archives as they become public. Current Oregon statute allows the release of death certificates 50 years after death. Death certificates were standardized in 1903. The years available in the library thus far are 1903-1964. If the year of interest to you is not yet included, please check again at a later date.

If you find a person of interest to you and would like a copy of the death certificate, fill out a request form and mail it to us along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and a check for $10.
